20 plus exercises designed to develop clarity and strength:
1. Reexamining contents of Level 1 but with the introduction of various arm movements in preparation for dances with castanets.
2. Building strength, control, and stamina through extending and lengthening a carefully selected set of Flamenco rhythms, as well as various musical time signatures.
These serve to introduce the need for mastering the more complex castanets patterns for Clasico Espanol.
